Issues with NGiNX?

  • Hi there,

    I’m running WordPress on top of NGiNX (and not Apache) and it seems like the plugin can’t handle it.

    On my local machine, I am running the same website on top of Apache and it works.

    Any ideas? am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks for replying that quickly!

    Yes, it just doesn’t work – I am adding a new redirection and it goes to 404 and not to the destination I have set.

    Redirection works fine with Nginx – I use it on my own site – so the problem is probably something else. Do you have permalinks already working? When you try and load one of the URLs does it record a hit in the Redirection logs?

    Do you have an example URL I can try?

    I have the same problem with nginx and redirection plugin. Testing with curl -I I see 404 not found. Here is an example url : https://totallychocolate.com/niki-test

    All my redirects works before a week but suddenly they stopped working. How can I debug this – is there any log or something ? In nginx logs I see only 404 – the same is with 404s and Log tabs on plugin settings.
