    Hello.

    We’re having issues with a client website. The issue is that when someone is trying to order with their mobile devices they’re “thrown out” of the proses and are not able to complete the order. We’re not sure where the issue lies. I was told by Stripe to contact Woocommerce about this and have already sent an email regarding this, but as it states on their support website they don’t take support tickets that are not subscribing to their services at woocommerce.com.. So that’s why I’m also opening this thread…

    Has anyone else had this issue? I’m not sure if it’s a Stripe Gateway issue or a woocommerce issue. That’s why I’ll also post this in both plugin forums to try to get most feedback I can.

    This forum is for WooCommerce core topics. Kindly create a new post in the dedicated Stripe integration forum.

    In the new thread, make sure to include:

    • Your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Some screenshots that describe the issue. 
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
