    Dear @anishniranam,

May you please provide following details to debug the issue:

    1. As you stated that “i have changed my default wp-content upload folder into media”.
Does it mean that you have changed ‘uploads’ folder name to ‘media’?
    2. As you stated that”it shows image path as wp-content/uploads not media.”
What does ‘it’ means in above?
    3. Please specify your problem in detail along with screenshots & browser console log errors and PHP error logs(if any).

you are failed implement a plugin with basic needs. don’t blame the users for your bugs, my question is clear and easily can understood. my wordpress and plugin versions are latest, ok. it’s better to remove the buggy plugin.

I am a user and I have been following this for a while. Sorry @anishniranam: I don’t have the slightest clue what your problem is.

You changed the default upload location for your images. That much I understood. But what happens then? I don’t get it. Unfortunately, your english is not really clear, so that I would understand the problem. Can’t blame the AALB guys for an improper problem description. They asked you twice for screenshots documenting the problem and you keep ignoring that.

If you need help be as precise as possible providing all the information available.

    Cheers,
    Sascha

Thanks Sascha for the reply, issue is images not loading in website. i have checked the image path, it’s showing as domain.com/wp-content/uploads instead of domain.com/wp-content/media.

Please be more precise and don’t just throw single bits of information at us. It’s really tedious asking for more details. I once worked in support, too, and I know that a solution is provided best and most quickly if all necessary information and steps to reproduce are provided from the start.

Who is doing what in what order? Why am I even doing this..?

    1) You changed the default image upload path in your WP settings?
    2) You activated the AALB plugin to display some products in your page?
    3) You load a page and the images aren’t there?
    4) You suspect that the plugin interferes with the image path, even though the plugin doesn’t even use local images by default?
    5) You deactive the plugin and the images are back?
    6) You already made sure that no other plugin or your theme is taking control of the image path?

Please give a step-by-step description what is happening.

    Cheers,
    Sascha
