• Our fraud filters for paypal are being set off regularly and this is due to the postal code/zip code box for the shipping portion of the address being allowed to be entered without spaces. This triggers a filter as the postal code for the billing will automatically go as XXX XXX but the shippping will go XXXXXX. I’m not sure if this is controlled by woocommerce of the plug-in but I’m looking for help.

    @tougetuning, Well, that is actually controlled by woocommerce. But I have a question here, Are you saying that you give spaces mannually in the billing postal code field but that is not allowed in the shipping postal field?
    I’m little bit confused here….

    The website actually seems to force the space on the billing but not the shipping. We didn’t make any changes but this is the case and PayPal flags this as mismatched billing/shipping address because of the single space difference.

    Example: M1K 4N2 vs. M1K4N2

    @tougetuning,

    Well, that is again not something we control though. But as basic steps for debugging you can switch to basic twenty theme and see if the behavior is same, then you can write on woo support and see if they have any better information about that?
    You can also check your installed plugins , deactivate them then see if this is changed or not.

    Thanks!
