Issues with product display and category view

I am having 2 issues I am hoping someone can help me with.

The first problem is that the descriptions in my product pages show up extremely skinny and are hard to read. How do I change that? Example: https://srpcoatings.com/products-page/gm-parts/lsxcenterboltvalvecovers/

The second problem is that the descriptions for products are showing up on the category view. It is making the category view look crowded and all I would like to show is the product name. Example: https://srpcoatings.com/products-page/gm-parts/
