Issues with search form

    I’ve been having a strange issue where the search form is not performing correctly. Please check: https://womennmedia.com/crew-list

    1. If you search for “Jessica” in the Search by name field, only one Jessica pops up whereas we have more Jessicas listed. I’ve also found that newer members for some reasons aren’t searched by this search field, so “Heidi” for instance also doesn’t return anything whereas we do have a member called Heidi who signed up recently. Older profiles do return.
    2. The field “Union Status”, member/non-member also does not return the correct values. People who are non-Union members are returned when you select “member” and vice versa.

    Hi @k2881q,

    Can you please check your members directory settings and make sure you haven’t set any filtering under the “General options” section e.g. “Only show members who have uploaded a profile photo” or “User Roles to Display”.

    Please also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi there,

    thanks for the help.

    We have filtering for profile photo enabled – I tried disabling it and testing that, it didn’t help.

    I also did another conflict test for plugins and themes, no luck.
