    Hello,

I’m having a weird problem with my search function. It doesn’t seem to display any of my new posts. It only shows the first one I ever wrote, using the word ‘welcome’. But when I type ‘Jellyfish’ which is the topic of the 4 articles I wrote after the ‘welcome’ one, it doesn’t find them.

How is this possible? And how can I solve that?

Ps: The issue isn’t with the word ‘Jellyfish’ it also counts for other words that are used in those newer articles.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Update: I found that both Relevansii and Ivory Search were causing the problems. I just removed them and now it works. I had those plugins there for a reason, so if somebody can tell me what was going on and how it could be solved, that would be amazing!

Both plugins create their own search environment, so I’d have to assume it was simply a conflict between the two.

Do you have the issue if only _one_ of those two are active?

Thanks, it doesn’t seem to be a conflict between the two, as in both cases (with the other disabled) they don’t show any results.

Ok, since these are commercial plugins, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best:

    https://www.relevanssi.com/support/

    https://ivorysearch.com/support/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why they are not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet are your products’ developers. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

Yes, of course. no problem. When posting I wasn’t aware it were the plugins causing the problems. Thank you for your help!
