    I am contacting you regarding an issue we are experiencing with the Site Reviews plugin on our WordPress website. We have integrated the plugin using Elementor Pro within a popup feature. However, we are facing some functionality problems when accessing the site from mobile devices and Mac computers.

    Our website URL is: https://agenzialoragnoceglie.it

    We have conducted numerous tests and have disabled all other plugins to isolate the issue. It appears that the Site Reviews plugin functions correctly only when a user is logged in to WordPress. This leads us to question whether the plugin is intended to be used exclusively by registered users, or if it can also be accessed by guests without registration.

    We are seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue so that the plugin can be used effectively by all visitors to our site, regardless of their device or registration status with WordPress. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your time and support.

    Best regards,
    Marco

    What is the URL of the page where you are using the Site Reviews review form?

    We have integrated the plugin using Elementor Pro within a popup feature.

    The problem is happening because you are displaying the popup on page load. The popup is appearing before Site Reviews has a chance to initialize the javascript events.

    You can confirm this by entering the following Javascript into the browser console after the page has loaded and the popup is visible:

    GLSR.Event.trigger('site-reviews/init');

    According to you, it doesn’t work when the popup is on page load, but we created a click button and it’s the same?problem?again

    What are your Elementor Popup settings? (i.e. Conditions, Triggers, and Advanced Rules)?

    When we tried to open the popup from a button, no condition, trigger or advanced rules were set, while when the popup appeared on page load, the trigger was on scroll when the page scrolled 50%

    Site Reviews uses the Elementor popup events to initialize the Site Reviews form after the Elementor Popup is shown. If this is not working, then the Elementor popup events are not firing when/as expected. This may happen when caching/optimization plugins change the load order, or try to “optimize”, the javascript files on your website.
