Hi there, this plugin is incredibly easy to use and I have not noticed any issues as far as speed goes so just want to first say great job and thanks for your hard work here.

I am having some issues with the styling of the popup sections though.

The first issue is that when I set a section to popup and then edit the width of that section (i.e. set the “Sizing” to 50%), this change doesn’t take effect when I click on the link that does the popup.

Also, the rows/columns don’t work on the popup. For example, when I set the section to have a row of two columns and then place content in both of those columns, these columns stack on top of each other rather than going side by side.

The link above goes directly to the page I’m referring to and if you click on the link that says “details” at the bottom it will show you what I’m talking about.

    What is the issue?

To go off more of that, it looks like styling has no effect on the popup at all. I am not getting padding, margin, color, anything really to work.

    Hi @rlwells1169

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback here!

I will have a look at the various styling options and see if I can reproduce all/some of your issues and give you an update here in the next days.

    Hi again, @rlwells1169 ??

I have tested various styling and sizing options of the popup sections. However, in my tests, the size, colors, columns, etc all worked as expected…

Can you tell me more about the exact issue (maybe a screenshot or URL where I can see the effect)? Also, which version of Divi and Popups for Divi do you use?

    Philipp

Here’s part of the testing I did:

@rlwells1169, I’m going to mark this request as “closed” for the moment, as I’m still not able to reproduce any of the described layout issues.

Feel free to answer/repoen/open a new thread, in case you still need help with this issue.

    Thanks, Philipp ??
