Issues with the displaying and the settings

Hello there,
I have the premium version of this plugin installed since a few days and I’m having some issues with the correct displaying and some settings.

The following are the issues I’m struggeling with… :
– the blue bar isn’t centered correctly, it’s more likely alligned to the right side. Mobile version looks just fine, but if the window get wider, the bar switches to the right.
– The small progress bar at the cart, checkout and on single product pages is not displaying at all
– The keyword {shopping} isn’t replaced with the correct link, instead it’s only displaying the word {shopping}
