Issues with the editor

Hi Asgaros,
my editor is strange. Option Use minimalistic editor is unchecked and I have plugin TinyMCE Advanced installed.
First of all, I for some reason I don’t see some icons https://prntscr.com/ciolwg though they are seen in the same editor in posts and pages.
Secondly, I’d like to have Text/Visual switcher in the forum editor as well, is it possible?
Thirdly, my “Insert/edit link” button works strange in the forum. Well, it doesn’t work. Usually, you mark a text, then press this button and then a dialog would pop up. But in my forum it is not so. The marked text just becomes underlined as if it is a link and that’s all. And when you click near, the “link underline” just removes. So it stays a simple text.
Do you know how to fix, please? ))
