    Hi,

    Today I updated to the latest Woocommerce Stripe Payment Gateway version (7.9.1) and the customer wasn’t able to complete the payment process. (He said, it constantly said he needs to choose a payment method)

    A few days ago (with the previous version), another customer wasn’t able to complete the payment via credit card. (“invalid_resource_id” and “Load failed” were the error messages.

    On December 31st, another customer wasn’t able to order. (can’t say what kind of bug it was)

    Anyway, the last versions seemed to be bugged in some way. I think it is the Stripe Payment Gateway Plugin, because the customers were able to order, after rolling back.

    At least 2 orders were made on a mobile phone. (In case it makes a difference.

  • Check the logs under WooCommerce > Status > logs and see if you can find more details on this. Also, try to get more details about what these customers did and what they saw (exactly), then try to replicate this and look at the browser console for any relevant messages.

    I understand you are having trouble with the latest WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway.

    In order to have a clear understanding of the issue, could you try making a test payment, just as @galbaras has suggested.

    Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
