Issues with the support ticket

  • Hi,

    I am having issues with the support tickets plugin you have created. If no tickets created, then no errors. However, when there is one or more tickets created – I get the following errors on my ticket page.

    Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in …/support-ticket-system-by-phoeniixx/includes/phoen_message_details.php on line 67

    Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in …/support-ticket-system-by-phoeniixx/includes/phoen_message_details.php on line 99

    Can you help me figure out the error and fix it?

    Still having same issue as before only when using php 7.2 and 7.3. If I use php version 7.1 or earlier the error does not appear on my site. Here is the error I get for your review…

    Let me know if there is a fix or it can be fixed??
