    Hello there,
    thanks for contacting us!

I just accessed both links and it asks me to log in/register to be able to access the dashboard. Do you say that now any non-logged in user can see their affiliate dashboard? Because that doesn’t happen to me.

On the other hand, for the problem with the links, try regenerating the permalinks from Settings > Permalinks > click on Save changes.

    Let us know any news.

    Best regards.

    Hi Juan,

Thanks for responding. The actual page just popps up now and then but is not functional.

You can try to create anaccount. It give no prompt. The account is created and sent to your junk mail. You can then create a password and login.

Once you have logged in, you navigate to the affiliate dashboard in the account page and try click any of the links. None works. I have regenerate the haccess by resaving the permalink severally, even upgrade the cache on the server but its not working and we would like to use this plugin and not change but customers are complaining its not working.

    Thanks for your assistance

    Hello there,
    sorry for the delay.

I don’t see that you have the plugin installed at the moment, so if you’d like me to check in and look into the dashboard endpoints issue please let me know if you reinstall it.

    Best regards.
