• Even if a customer runs out of their purchased tokens, and the AI ??account page indicates that they are running out, the user continues to use the chatbots in an unlimited way. The tokens are assigned correctly when purchased and their consumption is indicated correctly, but then when finished, the user continues using the chatgpt. There are no role-related or woocommerce related plugins installed. There is no way to limit the user, after he consumes his purchased tokens.

    Hi @titocr2013,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. A suggestion to address the issue would be to establish a lower threshold for tokens in the token handling tab – perhaps setting it to a small number such as 10 or 20. This might effectively prevent unlimited usage after the consumption of purchased tokens.
