    Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing a few issues with the integration of Tutor LMS (free version) and WooCommerce. Could you please assist me?

    1. I have three courses: two are free (0 PLN), and one is paid (500 PLN). On the dashboard, the free courses display an “Add to Cart” button, while the paid course shows a “Read More” button instead. However, I can add the paid course to the cart directly from the WooCommerce shop without any issues. How can I fix this so that the “Add to Cart” button appears for the paid course on the dashboard?
    2. When I click on the “Read More” button, I am redirected to a page that displays the message “Oops! The page you are looking for cannot be found.” How can I resolve this issue?
    3. During the purchase process from the WooCommerce store, I encounter the following problems after payment:

A new user account is created, and the user receives an email with two links:
      a) “Click here to set your new password” – Clicking this link results in the error message “Oops! The page you are looking for cannot be found.”
      b) “You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here: https://takmatematycznie.pl/kokpit/” – Clicking this link leads to the dashboard, but there are no options to change the password or log out.

Could you please advise what might be misconfigured and where I can adjust the settings to fix these issues?

Thank you in advance for your help!

  • Hello @kolibera,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

For free courses, select Free in the Pricing Model on the course builder to remove the Add to Cart button.

For paid courses, ensure the correct WooCommerce product is selected in the Pricing Model, and in WooCommerce product:

    • Product Type: Simple Product
    • Virtual: Enabled
    • For Tutor: Enabled

Regenerate missing pages via WP Dashboard > Tutor LMS > Tools > Tutor Pages. Assign page in Tutor LMS > Settings > General.

    Official documentations:

Please try and let me know if you need further assistance.

    Hi Nafiz,

Thank you for the information you provided. Everything matches exactly as you described, and my settings are configured the same way. However, my issue persists:

When I test the site as a logged-in user, on the dashboard page, I see a “Add to Cart” button for a paid course. But after clicking it, I get an error message saying, “The requested page could not be found.”

When I test the site in incognito mode, instead of “Add to Cart,” there is a “Learn More” button. Clicking it redirects me to the login page and allows for registration. After registering, it seems possible to access the course without payment!

    Where is the issue?

    Hello,

Thank you for providing the details of the issue. Based on what you’ve described, it seems that the WooCommerce cart and checkout pages might be missing or not properly configured. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Create Cart and Checkout Pages:
    – Go to **Pages > Add New** in your WordPress Dashboard.
    – Create a page titled **Cart** and use the WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_cart].
    – Create another page titled **Checkout** and use the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].

    2. Assign the Cart and Checkout Pages:
    – Go to **WooCommerce > Settings**.
    – Click on the **Advanced** tab.
    – Under **Page Setup**, ensure that both the **Cart Page** and **Checkout Page** are assigned to the corresponding pages you just created.

After completing these steps, test again to see if the issue persists. If it does, feel free to reach out for further assistance.

    Best regards,
