Issues with Twenty Twenty-Four – Carousel and Slideshow Grow infinitely

    I am pretty sure this is a Twenty Twenty-Four and Essential Blocks Issue. I have other sites running Twenty Twenty-Three that use blocks and all seems fine.

    If I try to do a slider with one slide, it breaks the layout completely, and from the start the slideshow is so incredibly big it stretches all bounds.

    If I do a slider or carousel with two or more slides, the page begins to grow, and grow, and grow as the slider and slides double in size each rotation. I seemed to have gotten around a lot of this by switching to vertical slide and fade effect, but once I reduced the browser to a mobile size it began expanding at a rapid rate.

    Hope you are doing well.

    We are really sorry to hear about the issue. It seems like an unusual issue. I have checked on my end by using Twenty Twenty-Four theme and Slider block of the Essential Blocks for Gutenberg plugin. But I didn’t find such an issue. Please check this screencast from my end: https://d.pr/v/BkRgDp

    In the screencast, you will see that I have used both one slide and multiple slides but I didn’t find such an issue, but the slides are showing properly. Will you please provide the URL of the page where you are facing this issue? You can also create a page using the Slider blocks and if you face the issue, please provide the URL of the page.

    In the meantime, please check after clearing the cache. Will you please clear the cache and check if that resolves your issue? Also, if you are using any caching plugin, then please deactivate the plugin and check once.
