    Hi,

    I updated the plugin yesterday. Everything seemed fine and now I’m locked out. After reading other support posts, I tried the following via FTP:

    disabling the plugin
    removing your code from .htaccess
    removing the plugin
    clearing and refreshing the cache on different browsers and computers

    No luck. Even with the plugin removed and other plugins deactivated, I’m still getting the login screen that says locked out.

    Any insight on how to resolve this is much appreciated.

    Just to follow-up. I was able to get in via another locale. Apparently, disabling and even deleting the plugin via FTP did not delete the plugin from WP dashboard. Once inside wordpress, I was able to delete it and now it’s working fine. Thought you’d want to know in case anyone else has issues. Consider it resolved here. Cheers.
