Issues with Update – Lockout

Hi,
I updated the plugin yesterday. Everything seemed fine and now I’m locked out. After reading other support posts, I tried the following via FTP:
disabling the plugin
removing your code from .htaccess
removing the plugin
clearing and refreshing the cache on different browsers and computersNo luck. Even with the plugin removed and other plugins deactivated, I’m still getting the login screen that says locked out.
Any insight on how to resolve this is much appreciated.
