I accidentally disable a feature that integrates Facebook/Instagram to my woocommerce platform intregated with my WordPress website. After trying to remove my catalogue linked to my online store. Now that I want to add my items by customizing in Facebook/instagram instead of my entire catalogue from my online store. The message below shows up in a red mark highlighted below. How can I enable this feature again so that it automatically insync

    Facebook for WooCommerce error:

  • Hey @sneakkerworld ,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. Happy to help!

First, I’d like to apologize for the delay in my response. We’ve been experiencing a higher-than-usual support volume lately which has definitely slowed us down. We’re working feverishly to clear the queue and actively hiring new team members, so we should be back to our usual response time soon! I really appreciate your patience!

Regarding the setup that you’re trying to create, I’m going to need a bit more information to ensure I fully understand this case. Would it be possible to let me know about the way you manage the inventory of your products on your WooCommerce site? Also, what feature you’re referring to that you’ve disabled? ??

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
