Issues with v2.12.4

    Just updated to the latest version of FormMaker and noticed two issues right off.

    1 – I have a arithmetic CAPTCHA on my form. It used to look fine, but now the CAPTCHA display is tiny. Check out my form here: https://adventuretandem.com/wp/trip-registration/

    2 – When I am on the edit page of my form, even if I don’t change anything, the page gives me the message “This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave – data you have entered may not be saved.”, even when I haven’t done anything. The message is also displayed if I click on the Form Options or Display Options buttons.
