    Hello,

what could you say me about this error?

“Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘*****************’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api”

It appears after that I updated a page of a variable product that is connect with Facebook. The strange thing is that the item is already on the catalog. If it exists inside the catalog, why it says that does not exist?

I’m using the last version of the plugin.

Another strange issue that we’re occurring is about the descriptions. Could you tell me which is the short description and which one is the standard one? I need to know it because I have the impression that the plugins is not able to synchronize it as well.

    Thanks.

    Hi @griotta

I’d be glad to help you get this sorted.

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can use the tool below to paste it, you can add the URL as your response:

    https://pastebin.com/

Can you also enable the debug mode for the plugin and test again? This will create logs in the site that could show more about what’s going on.

Once you’ve tested this please check the logs in your store settings at WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab. Open the drop down menu and select the most recent log for Facebook and click the ‘View’ button to load it. I also recommend looking for any ‘fatal-error’ logs. Those could show more information about what’s occurring.

If you find any relevant logs please share them here. But be sure to obscure any private customer and/or store information before submitting.

    Thank you!

    Hi @nathvi,

I enabled the debug. I’m going to wait for some hours to give you a feedback about what’s happening there.

    Thanks!

    Hi @conschneider,

I contacted directly your support via WooCommerce.com because the situation was very twisted.
