Issues with Version 2.0

Howdy,
We’re aware of issues people are seeing with the 2.0 version of the WordPress Plugin.

For context, this version of the plugin is more secure and is written to meet WordPress VIP standards.

If you are encountering issues with the plugin, please read the following:

1. You can rollback to the previous version of the plugin by installing the WP Rollback plugin. This will allow you to use an old version of OneSignal.

2. We would like to fix the issue for everyone. Since everyone has a unique WP setup, there are many factors that could be contributing to a given issue. It would be very helpful if you could provide us with the following info:

– Are you seeing the issue when logged in as an Admin?
– What other plugins are you using (provide a list)?
– What version of WordPress are you using?
– What is the error message?
– At what point do you see the issue?
– Can you provide any further details such as from your WP logs?
– Are you willing to test plugin updates in order to help expedite patch releases? If so, please email [email protected]
