    Dear author,

I would like to report an incident that I faced with the update to version 2.0.33 (from 2.0.32). After I’ve installed the update, I was for around 20 mins unable to access my site WP-admin pages and it’s showing Internal Server Error 500. I also found that the plugin wasn’t working in the site at the same moment. I’ve restored my site to previous backup anyway.

I’m using a self-hosted WordPress (version 4.9.8). I am uncertain whether it’s an isolated issue but just feeling to inform you in hope to get some clarifications on the unusual incident.

    Thank you.

    Hi @karkeng4497,

The 500 internal server error usually means that something went wrong on your server side. Please check the error.log file of your server and see if you have any errors there.

    Let us know.
    Regards.

I see. Because I read some articles online that plugin may have something to do with it which is why I reflected this issue here.

I am not in charge of the server side though, but it’s fine since it’s working now.

I have just updated to 2.0.33 but the ‘add field’ box is empty, doesn’t work.
is this known issue? is there a fix. Another site I’m using UM for has the 2.0.31 version which still works – I’m very hesitant to update it now!
