Issues with video sizing

    Hi Support,

    I’m having issues with the video’s sizing. For some reason the plugin started to size the video space with a portrait aspect ratio. And, I when I start playing the video, there are two large black spaces above and below the video. The plugin has been working seamlessly for years, and just started to do this.

    Can you help me correct this issue?

    Can you tell us what version of our plugin are you using?

    Also, do you change anything from the settings?

    I’m using Version 14.0.

    Our plugin doesn’t have Version 14.0. Can you check it again, maybe it is not our plugin?
