Thank you for the additional details. As a first step, I see your theme has a few critical errors that need to be looked upon. I can see on your System Status Report that your theme also overrides a lot of the WooCommerce templates, especially from the checkout process, so I’d suggest temporarily trying one of the default themes, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four, to see if the issue persists.

It was actually for both issues, as they’re related; they’re both parts of the same process (placing an order, or, to be more precise, what happens exactly after an order has been placed).

However, the emails issue may need further troubleshooting if all the WooCommerce emails aren’t working at all. Can you share more details about this, please?

Additionally, have you been able to proceed with the troubleshooting steps listed above?
