Issues with WordPress 5.3.0

We have just updated to this wordpress version from 5.2.4.
Suddenly we are unable to upload media directly into the post. We have to upload into media library and then from the media library into the post.
There also seems to be an issue with publishing the pposts. It seems not to move onto the ‘check’ phase of publishing properly and crashes the post. We are having to save the post as draft first prior to publishing. Is anyone else having these issues?

In my case I have the problem with upload media directly into the post and in feature image. The problem seem to be with classic editor and not in all resolutions.
For me the problem is that after upgrade to 5.3 the button to upload media is not in edit post page after click on new media.
I have downgrade to wordpress 5.2.4 and all is ok againIf you have the same problem… some post similar are…
