Thanks for reaching out!

In order to address the issue, I would start by suggesting that you create a staging site if you don’t have one yet. Using WP Staging you will be able to clone your site and troubleshoot without affecting your live site.

Then, once you have the staging site, I would suggest you perform a conflict test:

• change your theme to Storefront
• disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• make test purchases to see if the problem with the stock management still happens
• also, keep an eye on the app to see if the behavior there has changed

Please let us know if the issue remains. If the issue is gone, then you can reactivate your plugins one by one until you identify the culprit.

what I have now noticed is that with IDEAL payments everything works as it should. So stock decreases, invoice is created etc etc.

That can be an issue with the payment gateway plugin you’re using (Mollie). My suggestion would be for you to reach out to the plugin support for help.

Ik heb contact opgenomen met Mollie en die geeft aan dat alles vanuit hun kant naar behoren werkt en geen problemen zijn te zien.

Ik probeer mijn probleem even te verduidelijken.

1. Zodra ik een bestelling binnen krijg, ontvang ik altijd een melding vanuit de Mollie app dat er een betaling verricht. Bij een IDEAL betaling krijg ik dan ook een melding vanuit de IOS Woocommerce app over de nieuwe bestelling.
2. Bij betalingen via Paypal, Klarna etc. krijg ik wel een melding van Mollie, maar niet vanuit de Woocommerce app. Dus de communicatie tussen de apps lijkt niet goed te gaan (denk ik).

Want wanneer ik na een melding van Mollie, de Woocommerce IOS app benader en een aantal keer refresh.. (2,3 keer krijg ik de melding ”Bestellingen kunnen niet geladen worden” en daarna zie ik wel een bestelling, maar die staat dan op status ”in de wacht op betaling”.. terwijl er al betaald is.

Instelling is als volgt. Wanneer betaling is gedaan komt de bestelling op ” in behandeling ”.

Omdat deze bestelling nog in de wacht staat, wordt mijn voorraad niet in mindering gebracht totdat ik handmatig de status wijzig naar — In de wacht — en daarna op in behandeling.
