Issues Word file

  • Hello!

    I’ve got an issue with the download manager: I offer word files to download from my site.
    Everything works well with the download but when I want to open the word file on my computer, the file says it can not be opened, because it contains signs like ” / ” or else.. When I click “ok”, word asks me if i want to trust the file.. when I click “Yes” everything works fine..

    But any user in the internet would click “no” because it could be a virus or something.. That’s a big problem. In the options I maybe saw the problem: The source is https://www.SITE.de/?wpdmdl=1789, https://www.SITE.de/XY/FILENAME/ so the wordfile contains a ” / ” in its source..

    Is it possible to disable this or solve the problem somehow?
