Issues/Questions for Menu

Hi

nice work on your Longform-Theme, i would like to give it a try on my private photographer page.
But there are two questions i would like to get answered:

1. Where to change the main menu to non-capital characters (like in the sub-menus)
2. What is the maximum level in the menu? When i try to add something on 3rd level it doesn’t show up while hovering over the menu. I only see the blue bar in front of it which indicates that there is a submenu below this entry.
