Issuu Magazine Plugin is not working correctly

After we had to rebuild our site due to a malicious hack, the ISSUU plugin is only partially working. On our home page https://www.1000wattsmagazine.com you will see there are 6 magazines displayed and 2 have broken images.
When I checked in developer tools, it is showing a forbidden 303 error for these images. Can you have a look? The web host, Issuu and the theme creator all think it is a plugin problem. This is really important since we are an online magazine.
