it appears devloper have abandoned this plugin

This developer don’t respond I don’t see any response on support or reviews. it messed up my site on busy time made mistake to activate not realising by default it deactivates all WooCommerce emails, this happen on busy time somany my clients customers didn’t get mails. i strongly believe this company should keep their business to mailing list only. whats the point of making this plugin?
