It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working

Hi,

Even though I set permissions to 777, every couple of times I reload the plugin page I get this error message, somethimes for the minify as well.
Also, Google PageSpeed recommends that I enable Browser Cache, Minify CSS and other stuff, which of course I did using the plugin.

Any suggestions…?
