It appears that the X badge was not awarded to you

This is from the log. Also my website is under a directory called badge and runs on WP 4

It seems that it does not get the email in the hash but other user info.
Any recomendations?

have a look at registered_email() in BadgeOS_OpenBadgesIssuer class. Add check if $email_alt_field is true in the if condition.

Also, the option name used in registered_email() in BadgeOS_OpenBadgesIssuer class should be badgeos_obi_issuer_alt_email and not open_badges_issuer_alt_email.

I’ve had the same problem and spent a lot of time on it before realising that the same issue had been raised here! Changing the register_email() option as described above fixed the error.
