It appears this file is already present in your media library as post xxx!

    I have the error “It appears this file is already present in your media library as post 38220!” when I upload file and If i rename the file, I have the same error.

    After many tests, I realized that I need the change the “title” filed in the file properties in the detail tabs.

    How to solve the issue?
