It breaks once a month

This would be a great plugin if it was competently maintained. Instead, it breaks once a month – without warning – leaving the short code where the form would be.

This is apparently a known bug as there’s an instruction page about how the only way to fix it is to delete the old plugin in FTP.

I hope Woo Commerce puts some better engineers on this.
