    Hello,

After 2 years without updates I updated it in order to see if in that case it would work with the UTM plugin I needed. It broke the site then I updated to php 7.4 and the site went live back again. But after adding the new IDs fields it stopped working. And now it doesn’t work. I tried multiple times with all the other forms but all of them are now broken and don’t work. I want to deactivate and activate the google account but the deactive button is not clickable.

Please I need urgent help because my sales team is losing leads.

I fixed it by logging in Edge browser and only then the Deactivate button became clickable. Close the topic if you want.

    Hi @dantemasamune,

    Its great that it worked.

As you have updated after a long time, there are new JS code added and your browser requires hard refresh to load a new JS file. Even the API libraries are updated that also requires you to connect again.

Let us know if you find difficult to connect.

Also let us know which UTM plugin you are using so that we can guide you.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

    Thank you.

I attempted to the same thing. I closed down browser and re-opened. I also went to edge and logged in. It says it needs to reconnect but only button showing is Deactivate.

    Hi @jkp2015,

The update of the plugin will not automatically deactivate the connection else it will create a big issue.

You have to manually deactivate and reconnect with your account.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

After plugin update you have to: 1)re-mapping lables of fields in your google drive (e.g. from [name] to name) and 2) re-authenize plugin at https://yourweb.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7-google-sheet-config&tab=integration. If you are not able to deactivate by click, then go into database, search for option_name = gs_token in the wp_options table, and delete a row with “gs_token”
