It can’t create new users.

  • Hello I am using “Ultimate member” from more than six years ago. Until now everything was fine, but from three days ago I have problems with this plugin.

    I do not know what has happened but suddenly it does not register new users.

    When I register a new user I write the username and the e-mail adress but when I press “Add new user” the new user name and the e-mail should appear above the last user I registered time ago and it does not appear.

    Also the new user should receive a signed up message to its e-mail address, but no message is received.

    ? Moreover, in my e-mail address, as administrator I should receive a message with the new user data (Username and e-mail) and yes, I receive a new user registration message, but this message appears empty, with no username and no e-mail address. username:________________ e-mail:_________________

    So, I am sure the new user is registered somehow and somewhere but I do not know where. So the new user can not access the private area of the web. In case I try to access the private area with the new user data (username, or e-mail, and password) it does not work.

    Please I need help. I have desactivated all plugins (except ultimate member) and it still does not work.

    I was able to locate the issue and resolve it in version 1.1.2. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

    In my web “gynrep.com” I have “Ultimate member 2.8.5.” and I have the problems I have explained.

    But I have other web “wifepower.gynrep.com” also with “Ultimate member 2.8.5.” and here I have NO problems, the plugin is working well.

    In both webs I have the same WordPress version: “WordPress6.5.2.”

    I am going to install the version you recomend me “Ultimate member 1.1.2.” in “gynrep.com” the web where I have problems, but I can not find it. In the web “https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/ultimate-member/” I am only seeing the version 2.8.5. to download.

    Where can I find the version “Ultimate member 1.1.2.”?

    Also I need to ask you if you think it could be new problems installing “Ultimate member 1.1.2.” in my WordPress version (“WordPress6.5.2.”).

    All of this should be resolved in with the updated Login Widget version 1.1.2. Other uses have informed me that it is now working again.

    I have installed the plugin “Login Widget 1.1.2.” and I still have the same problem.

    Once the plugin is installed “SuitePlugins – Login Widget for Ultimate Member 1.1.2.” should I do anything before to add a new user?

    With the plugin installed I tried to add a new user and it did not work.

    When you update to the latest plugin. The main thing to do is to select the Form Type or Form ID.

    What page does the widget display on?

    Well, I have taken the plugin from my wordpress desktop with “Add new plugin” and looking for “Login widget for ultimate member”.

    Now I have installed your plugin but I am with the same problem, I can not add new users. Also I do not know how to select “Form ID”, but do you think that the fact to choose a Form ID could solve my problem?

    I am thinking now my hosting company las 24th April changed my wordpress from standalone to self-managed wordpress or vice versa, I do not remember now. After this date I did not need to sign up any new user until now I have this problem.

    Do you think it could be this the cause??
