    It changes the order of all the photos in a block when I click in a block. I have to select the block, for example, to exchange a photo! Each time you have to rearrange the order of all photos.
    If Global Preset Priority is selected, the size of the photos (L, XL) and the Last Row Mode are often not adopted.
    I use Simply 2.3.3.

    if the priority of a global preset is selected, none of the settings in the current block are meaningful.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to help you, I do not see what is happening in the admin panel, I checked it on my website and I have no such problems.
