    When rating a plugin, I consider three things: 1) Does that plugin perform as advertised, 2) Are there regular updates (at least keeping up with the latest WordPress version), and 3) Does the developer stand by their product and provide support?

    I can confidently state that this plugin, and the developer, has met and exceeded expectations and can recommend both.

    I also want to take the time to thank the developer for the work that put into the plugin itself and in resolving the issue that I was having.

    Sorry for trouble you faced, “display ticket option after event” issue is mostly due to some conflict of JavaScript with 3rd party Plugin and Event Manager. We will be happy to help please provide further details on Support.
