It could have been great but…

  • The theme is good but there are issues with it and the support for theme is absolutely terrible! They don’t reply to support requests at all, I’ve posted some questions to issues I cannot resolve on my own and no one is replying back. This is what ruins the whole experience for me, there are a lot of bugs and errors and no one there to help fix them. What’s the point?

    I’ve tested a bunch of themes before this and all other themes’ support was MUCH better.

    As i mentioned in your support post, the last week i couldn’t respond back as i was travelling. I do accept that there might be issues with the theme and we make every effort to fix any issues and make it suit all the user’s needs. Quest is one of the theme which provides MUCH BETTER support than any of the themes listed in WP.ORG and provide free support. Please take a look at other reviews or even our support forum, they all concur the same. You have to understand that we are not being paid here and while we make every effort to answer your questions; sometimes there might be a delayed response based on other reasons. I do hope you use the Quest Theme in the future and we might be able to change the wrong perception you have on the Theme and our support. Have a great day
