It Deleted my Tabs

Any suggestions on how to get the plug in to work? It literally deleted my tabs entirely. Fortunately they came back after deactivation. I certainly like the idea, but unless I can fix the plug in, it obviously won’t work. If I have to change any coding, please be VERY VERY specific as to how I should do that. I am not tech savvy.
