    There is a difference between the preview that appears on the WPVR tour screen and the one that is actually embedded on the site.

    This is what it looks like on the preview screen.

    You can use the thumbnails below to move to 1F or living, or you can grab the screen and move the mouse to move the viewpoint.

    But those did not work in the one embedded on the site. Here is the embedded version (The menu in the upper right corner is the follow-up content)

    Here is how it is embedded

    Additionally, the WordPress version is 5.6.11 and the WPVR version is 8.3.2.

    Thank you for using WPVR.

    Yes, I can see that it’s not working in the published page.

    It can be a plugin conflict or since the tours are published in the same column, the mouse control got a conflict.

    What you can do now, is, publish one of these tours in a test page on your site.

    If the mouse control works there, that means the issue appeared after publishing these 2 tours together. And we’ll have a look at that scenario.

    If the test tour page is having the same issue, you can give some more details like plugin list, theme, and other details and send them to our website’s support portal.

    I tested with only one embedding and the same grabbing and moving action was not possible.
