    Hi,
we are using the last version from contact form 7 (5.0.1) and last wp version.

We installed your plugin in 4 different websites and the error is happening on them all.

After the user clicks the “send” button from the CF7 it does not redirect and always show the error message (the one when the form is not sent). Please check: https://snag.gy/K90dXQ.jpg

Although there is this message, it does send the form (it sends the automatic emails and we receive it in our CRM).

Because of this error we deactivated your plugin. And it keeps on giving the same error.

This error only started after we installed your plugin (We know this because we receive an average of 10 form submissions a day and errors only started to occur after we installed it).

What can we do to make the redirects work? Or in case it doesn’t how to get back how it was before (it was not redirecting but the message shown to the client was a “success message”).

    Thank you!

    Hi @guilhermecid,

If you are disabling the plugin – it’s means your error in not related to the plugin. Try to check other plugins as well.

    Hi Yuval,

The contact form 7 has been working well for years. We receive 10 quote request per day in there so we know when it is working or when it is not.

Unfortunatly now we have a problem in the 4 websites where we installed CONTACT FORM 7 REDIRECTS ( vintageobtas.pt vintageremodelacoes.pt vntageobras.es casaamarelaobras.pt).

I made a 2 minute video explaining the problem (I also send this video to the the server host). I would ask you to watch it and see if you can help us.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi @guilhermecid,

This is not related to our plugin, for sure. I’m aware of how our plugin works, and there is no way that after you uninstall it there is a problem.

If you did restored the websites and database to an earlier point in which the forms returned a success message, and there is still an error message – you should contact your host provider, because it sounds to me like that’s a server issue, especially if all of your sites are under the same host company.

We’d be happy if you can update us if that is really the issue.

    Yuval.

Yuval, once again, thank you for your help.

You were right about restoring. I was restoring a wrong way (the restoration restores the files that existed in the beggining but doesn’t delete the new ones, and that is why the error persisted).

But we really would like to be able to use your plugin and we also didn’t want to restore and loose the work we made in the past days.

Could you please see why your plugin is not working.
