It does not redirect to the thank’s page

  • I have installed and configured the plugin but the option to redirect to the custom page that I created after the subscription does not work.

    While you are not using our premium version the page still has ajax submission. Have you customized the form with your own code or does your theme offer some customization for our form?

    Thanks for answering @hchouhan. The theme I use brought as a suggestion this plugin to put a form and connect it with mailchimp, I have configured it and the records works but not the redirection to the personalized thank you page

    It seems something on your site (maybe the theme) is adding some custom code to the form to make it work with Ajax submission in the free version of the plugin. This custom code is overwriting our normally form submission process. I recommend contacting your theme developer about this issue.
