    Hello,

I installed this plugin a while ago. It worked before. However, I was busy for other things and did not check “Orders” for quite some time, 1 month or so maybe.
I found this plugin is not working at all when I checked “Orders” today. I checked your post “Read first” and have tried most of possible issues but still there is no any sign this plugin want to work any bit at all. I also tried deactivate and re-activated the plugin for twice but still not any sign it worked.
I captured the screenshot of the “orders” page and also the plugin “status” page so you can take a look:

Please let me know what issues this could be and how I could resolve this.
    Thank you.

Hi! WooCommerce made an update a few months ago that disabled the ‘actions’ column by default. This is where the PDF Invoice buttons are located in the orders overview. You can reactivate that column in the “Screen Options” menu in the rop right corner, then select “Actions” and click the “Apply” button.

Additionally, you can find buttons to print the PDF in the right sidebar in the details page of an order.

Let us know if you still can’t print any invoices!

Thank you very much! It fixes the problem and worked again!
However, I remember there was somewhere I could click and send invoice attached to an email to the customers under “Actions” on “orders” page. Now I do not see how it could be done. I tried “Email invoice / order details” on Order detail page from an order. It sent out an email in Woocommerce format and it did not attach any invoice PDF generated from this plugin. Could you please let me know how to do this?
    Thank you.

Sorry, I overlooked. The invoice was attached in the email sent out.
If I understand correctly, there is no way we could choose to send out the email from “Orders” page and it can only be done one by one from each order. Am I right?

    Hi @yuchit,

You can select to which WooCommerce emails an invoices is attached when you go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Attach to.

After you’ve set this up correctly you can (re)send the WooCommerce emails form your order details. Go into you order and (re)send the email via the ‘Send order email’ meta box.
