It does not shows the parent category name.

    1. Please add a plus checkbox, “Include Parent category name”.
    2. If a parent category does not contain subcategory it does not shows (Hide Empty Category is unchecked) and if I checked out the “Include Subcategory” checkbox the parent category name do not show.
