    after 24 hours of activation with almost 5,000 users it has not recorded any data

    If the number of accesses is sufficient but no counts occur, it means that Aurora Heatmap’s measurement scripts are not working.
    The measurement data is sent by Ajax, which is a very common way of sending data.
    This means that in most cases, Aurora Heatmap itself is not the problem.
    The most common problem is the malfunctioning of the Minify process by cache plugins or themes.
