I wrote to technical service on 2 occasions and they never responded to me.
I found your support request (ticket #15208) and you did in fact receive a reply on Mar 5th, 3:44pm PST. You submitted your request on Mar 5th, 2:21pm PST. That means we replied to you in just over an hour.
Even if you hadn’t received a reply yet, it’s been less than 24 hrs. It’s unreasonable to demand a reply faster than that.
