This is starting to anoy me. Its been 3-4 days without any images on my site. You say that you have fixed the problemen, many times with some updates, but nothing works. I get error upon error and can’t get my images back!

As soon as i delete this plugin everything works, not a single error but no images. When this plugin gets activated everything breaks.

Right now with the lates “update” I finally can activate the plugin and still access my site at all, but I can’t list my images, its just show me errors when the images from Cloudinary is loading.

EDIT: You know what, I take that back, it does break my site and I do loose access to admin with the new update as well.

Please, help me get my images back. This issue is not solved at all. Not even close.

    Hi @sikth,

Can you please share some additional information about the issue you are experiencing?
Most importantly, the exact errors that you see when trying to log in to your WP plugin.

In addition, if you could share any example URLs of images that are currently broken on-site, it will be very helpful in debugging your issue.

Lastly, did you have the v2 beta plugin installed prior to installing the official version released to the Marketplace? If so, did you uninstall/deactivated the beta before installing via the Marketplace?

If you prefer continuing the investigation privately, please open a support ticket at [email protected] and I will make sure you will receive a lightning-fast response to your ticket from our support team.

    Best,
    Raz

I can see that my issue is closed I have not even recieved a reponse. Great.

Can you please see to the issue that my site does not even work with your plugin activated. And without your plugin the site does not load the images that are stored on your server.

And please stop saying over and over again that the issue is fixed with 2.0.3 when thats the version that made this issue. Before that version it all worked.

    Finally!
Here is a final solution for those who have the same problem.

    1. Go here: https://github.com/cloudinary/cloudinary_wordpress/releases
    2. Download version 1.1.7 from februari 2018.
    3. Uninstall any current version > 2.0.0
    4. Install 1.1.7 on wordpress site.
    5. Select all Media.
    6. Bulk action -> “Migrate away from Cloudinary”
    7. Delete plugin

4 days without images is a mess. Imagen the problems we have had these days, without any support.

I wish you a nice holiday.
