• I went through the effort of installing this plugin, configuring it to connect Eprolo to WooCommerce, set up my account on Eprolo, and began finding products and adding them to my import list.

They claim to have over 300,000 products, but it does not look like they have even 300 (three hundred) products. Many of the product categories are empty and most of the products that are shown are Christmas oriented – in June!

When I tried to push my selected products to WooCommerce I received an error Import failed. :ERROR:null and no products were created in WooCommerce. I tried this several times, checking to make sure that my ssl site was configured properly, etc., not realising that with each attempt the plugin was flooding my site’s media library with dozens of images from the products I was trying to push to WooCommerce.

I tried to contact support, and tried the live chat on their site (it always has the same message: no agent is available due to time zone), to no avail.

In the end I ended up with a massive job to clean up the mess that the plugin had made on my site each time I tried to import products.
